AGM NOTICE
Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING OF IETE
BANGALORE CENTRE FOR THE YEAR 2008-2009.
On behalf of the Chairman Sri.R.Lakshminarayana Rao and members of the Executive Committee of IETE Bangalore Centre, I have the honour to invite you to the AGM of IETE Bangalore Centre, scheduled for Sunday 28th June 2009 at 10.30 a.m at The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, Bangalore Centre, Bellary Road, Ganganagar, opposite to Ganganagar Bus Stop, Bangalore-560 032, with the following Agenda.
- Confirmation of the minutes of the last AGM held on 29th June 2008 at 10.30 a.m at IETE Building.
- To consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Centre for the year 2008-2009.
- To consider and approve the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year 2008-2009.
- Address by the Chairman 2008-2010.
- Any other points with the permission of the Chair.

- 1130-1230 Hrs: Prof. N.S. Nagaraja Memorial lecture by Prof.V.Rajaraman on “Emerging Computer Environment”.
- 1300 Hrs: Lunch.
